Our specific area for residents living with dementia is a safe environment where residents are free to enjoy the grounds. We pride ourselves on the fact we are able to provide safety without the unit being locked. We ensure residents remain safe and happy without being confined to a single space.

Everyone needs a little help at times and no-one should ever feel that support is not available. At Glenella, we’re here to help.

If you and or the person you care for need a break from your regular care arrangement, our respite care service is available. We offer low and high needs respite care for as long as required. Sometimes a respite visit is a good way to start the transition from living at home to becoming a resident. Contact us to talk about how we can help.

Saying goodbye is never easy. It’s a difficult and special part of life and at Glenella, we do everything we can to support families and friends at this time.
