Glenella Care will ensure that your personal and health information is kept confidential, as required by the National Privacy Principals.

On enquiring with Glenella Care, all resident applicants will be provided information about our privacy policy within the resident agreement. They will also be requested to sign a Privacy Disclosure Statement, giving consent to Glenella Care to collect, use and disclose personal and health information for the purpose of providing quality residential aged care services and related health services.

Resident information is managed securely in both electronic and paper-based formats. Management and staff are responsible for ongoing security and access points to guard resident information.
